Hi guys ,I miss you guys so much:) So I pretty much have something to put in my journal today about my plan going home YEeeepy finally!! But its gonna be sometime later this year and Im gonna be there about 6 months!
Anyways my plan is ,Donnie is gonna be there for the last month so we plan gonna go to some beaches!!yes beaches bitches!SO EVERYBODY you guys are welcomed to go with us ,thats right Everybody is gonna have the real good time!! come on start save money now,this time next year.Its plenty of time to save up.$2000 should be plenty to cover everything;plane ticket and spending money to stay there for a whole month,think about it!

Dear friends I'll be leaving to the U.S today.Im having all the feelings right now,excited,neveous,scared,glad and sad all mixed up its making me sick I mean I feel like vomit I think I am stressed out.

Its gonna be my first time leaving home so so far and dont know when will be back and its changing my life.I have been waiting too long for this to be with him,but when the time comes I feel its so sudden.I cant wait to be with him but leaving home,its the hardest time know what I mean?

Anyways guys,see ya again when I get there,bye for now.

Hello friends,I have been away from journal but I check you guys everyday.People seem to be busy with whatever you have to do.

I have been going out alot,well almost every day...shopping for stuff,going out with some freinds,visiting my relatives more often.I want to spend the rest of my time with them as much as possible.

Today i was supposed to meet Poi today,I think she came to bkk to fix her stuff.But I had to go out with mom so I missed her today that sucked ,sorry P' Poi...we will see each other this weekend tho right.

I also miss my friend ,Kwang so much.We havent talked for awhile cause she is always busy with her work.Ill call you tomorrow darling :)

A guy has become a monk

I went to a temple today because my cousin's husband was ordained into monkhood.Ordination is a tradition for Thai Buddhist men aged 20 or more to enter monkhood.This is a way for them to gratitude thier parents,as it is a Thai belief that parents will go to heaven by grasping thier son's saffron robe.

During thier monkhood,they will get to learn about Buddhism,to study and perform religious activities to gain marit for themselves and parents.

Ordination ceromony: started from shaving his head,parents and relatives will cut his hair off first.

After that he would get dressed up in white robe.He was called "a Nark"

Get the parade started and marched to the church

He was carried on shoulders around the church for three rounds accompanied by joyous dancing and music.

After that he would toss up the coins and ppl would try to grasp them.It is a belief that if you got coins from Nark,You got marit.

Was carried into the church.

He was ordained by senior monks

Changed to saffron robe

He has become a monk now

He will be in monkhood for 15 days then quit,with his son

Chicken Soup

This menu,I am very proud to present because it is just so good and I think everyone would like it plus its very easy to cook yourself too.

There are; potatoes ,tomatoes ,carrots ,unions ,green unions

chickens

While heat up water on medium heat,cut up potatoes,tomatoes,carrots and unions into 2" pieces.

also green unions cut up into 2" long

when the water boil over put the chickens in the soup and let it simmer about a half an hour or until they are soft.

After the chicken has simmered for the 30 minutes add the potatoes and carrots also a lil bit of salt and seasoning to your liking.

Leave the potatoes and carrots till they are soft then add the cut up unions and tomatoes in the soup.

We put unions and tomatoes later becasue they are easy to be soft.After they are soft add green onions right before you turn off the pot.

Serve hot with rice

Today was my last day of working here.It was a great experience,I had good times mostly.I also had bad times though when I did mistakes and I felt bad about that.

I liked my work,especially ppl here.They were cool and good to me.It sucked when I had to tell them I was leaving.They would ask me why why why...there were so many times I was so close to cry infront of them,I tried so hard not to but I couldnt really keep it,I did.Noone saw though.So before I left I took some pictures of them for my memory.

Today was a holiday.Lucky to be thais,we have soooo many holidays which is so cool.I planned to go shopping though today,while I was leaving Poi called me (she has been in Bkk)
so we went out together ,we had some pizza and went for a movie.We saw Van Helsing(whatever its spelled)It was ok,wasnt the best movie anyway.

Poi is sleeping in my bed right now,she is snoring to loud!! lol (jusk kidding)but she got my long pillow T_T I cant sleep without it ,so I guess I have to hug her for my pillow :P ok,gotta get sleep now **gets in bed and hugs poi,grabs,squeez and stuff**

So I decided to leave next month,I told my mom and it was kinda surprised that she was ok with it.I already told my work too that Im quiting,they were ok with it too ,they didnt say oh no please stay... since I am just a small person at my work lol.My director tho,when I told her why am I leaving.She gave me tons of quesions like YOu have a bf?? "why cant I have one???" (I was just thinking ,didnt say it lol),Are you sure??? "YES I AM SIR" ,and blah blah blah...

I have been so bored with all those quesions ppl would always ask me.I know they think I am crazy eventhough my mom,she has been getting to understand me so thats great.She is only one I would care about(my sis too sometimes lol)...I love them.

I've been really busy this week,I had to work Mon-Fri then I had to help my mom working on weekends so I had no time to update journal.Good luck tho next week is awesome..I work Monday and then I have Tue,Wed and Thru off and work again on Friday.Because 13rd of April is thais new year.We cerebrate 3 days in a row.Its called "Songkran Festival" People go back to thire hometowns.It makes Bkk amazing empty.I love it a lot.No traffic jam as usual,you know Bkk is the world largest parking lot Im not being exaggarated though if you come you will see.Anyway what we do in new year are :get family reunion,go temples,make marit,and the most fun this is to have water splahing.If you go out you have to prepared to get wet.People splash water to each others.Guys love this,they enjoy splashing water girls,I know you can imagin girls with wet t-shirts look yumm yumm doesnt it? so this year the Goverment had annouced that "Women wearing spaghetti-straps or strapless tops will not be allowed to join in the Songkran water-splashing festivities, which city hall is organising. This is to protect Thailand's reputation and that of the women themselves." cause guys will take advantage from women if they dress improper,anyway im gonna take advantage of these coming days off by getting rest as much as I can ,see ya :)

Winter Melon Red Curry : Gang Fug

I was helping my mom cooking today and this idea of putting menu into my journal popped up.My mom always complains that I dont pay attention much when she is cooking now since Im leaving home soon and Im gonna miss her food so much,I looove her food cause she is the best cooking.So this journal will help me much when I leave home.

This very first menu is very easy,well I think it is except the making curry paste part.Usually my mom always makes curry paste herself.But I will use instant curry paste :P ,There are many kinds of curry paste ,you can check them out here http://www.yummytaste.com/ingredient/curreypaste/

Now let's start

cut up the winter melon into pieces,dont make them too small

add some water in the pot, some meats and curry paste

stir it for awhile untill the meat is done,fill some more water about a half of the pot ,add the pieces of winter melon in you should add some seasonings abit

Now leave it for awhile untill the winter melon is done.Add the basil leaves just before you serve and make sure the leaves are submerged quickly in the curry to preserve the color.Serve hot with rice.

I want this first entry to be a proper one...So I would like to show you guys something interesting.So this entry I'll show you some pictures from the beach I went last weekend with my friends.

We went to Koh Mark ( Mark island ) It is located in gulf of Thailand ( eastcoast of Thailand )this is the map of it.

We took the bus from Bkk to Trad province at 10.30pm and got there at about 4am in the morning.Then we had to take a truck to the port.

There we bought tickets for the boat.The lady said it was gonna take 3 hours to get to the island *arrrrrggh* and it was only 6 in the morning so we thought the best thing to do was to get some sleep

killing time...

Yayy...got on the boat now

We stayed here the first night.

The next day we moved to another bungalo

We liked this place more

Its a nice place , isnt it?

and very peaceful

But you know,the party has to end..It came to the last day we had to leave...and go back to the real world...

All throuh the time at the beach , I always wished you could have been there with me , I knew you wished the same way too
